Effective August 5-8, 2024
Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation is accepting applications for our affordable housing waiting list.
This is only for the two (2), three (3), and four (4) bedroom waiting list.
To qualify under the HUD Section 8 Multifamily/LITHC program, you must meet the HUD household income limits below.
FY 2024 50% HUD Income Limit
- 1 Person - $30,250
- 2 Person - $34,500
- 3 Person - $38,850
- 4 Person - $43,150
- 5 Person - $46,600
Any person interested in applying has two options:
- Apply online 24/7 at www.chrc-tn.org
- Visit the main office at 101 Penny Avenue in Columbia, TN to pick up an application and return it before the due date.
Applications are received Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Our office is closed for lunch daily from 12 - 1 PM.
Please follow the instructions to complete the entire application along with the required documentation, incomplete applications will be denied.
