Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
CHRC offers full maintenance services for all apartments and properties. Our friendly and trained maintenance staff strive to address all maintenance requests as quickly as possible.
Maintenance Service Request Process: Please choose your community from the list below to submit an online maintenance request:
CHRC Residents: Please DO NOT put "Emergency Work Orders" in Rent Café.
