Emergency Maintenance

Maintenance Emergencies arise when residents and/or staff are faced with situations or conditions resulting in serious structural or system damage. Maintenance Emergencies require immediate attention. If left unresolved, the problem could result in injury, threaten one's health, or cause more property damage. 

If you need Emergency Maintenance services, please call 931.388.5203. If it is after-hours, please leave a message and provide your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the emergency. 

The following are considered for Emergency Maintenance services:

• Broken water lines
• Exposed electrical lines
• Fire (dial 9-1-1)
• Gas leak
• Major plumbing backups and/or conditions causing harm (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.)
• No air conditioning (during hot weather) 
• No electricity
• No heat (during cold weather)

If you request service and the maintenance technician determines your situation was not an emergency or is resident neglect, you will be charged the overtime rate.
