Business Opportunities

In our efforts to provide housing and redevelopment services, CHRC frequently contracts work to our business community. We strive for a fair, efficient, and open bidding process. 

The CHRC occasionally issues a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to update and broaden the current list of qualified developers and other vendors. The RFQ intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors for the various materials and services CHRC needs to conduct its daily business. CHRC may issue an RFQ without having a current business opportunity to offer.

When CHRC is ready to award business, a separate Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued to qualified vendors. A qualified vendor is one that has been qualified through the RFQ process.

Vendors interested in any bid opportunities must comply with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) instructions to offerors, non-construction.
