PUBLIC NOTICE Effective June 15, 2016 Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation will no longer be accepting applications for the affordable housing program. The waiting list will be closed until further notice as we prepare for a comprehensive renovation of all two hundred and ninety-six (296) CHRC apartments. Persons who are currently on the waiting list will be housed based on availability and the proposed renovation schedule.
